Sunset folks enjoy extended service time in Helene

Alternative Missions offers extended service opportunities called internships in Helene. These intern experiences can last from 30 days to 90 days. This is great opportunity to serve along side the staff of “Team Helene” in their ongoing outreach to the islanders. Interns assist in many facets of the ministry, like construction, bible studies, helping direct visiting volunteer teams, helping in the kitchen, and assisting the medical staff at the Clinic.

Michelle Manary served in Helene this past fall from September to December 23, 2006.

Paul Frazier has been accepted as an intern for this summer.
